Large and clean room, very good breakfast, helpful reception

Breakfast buffet had a nice variety of items to choose from, The eating area was constantly tidied up by staff and replenished with fresh food. They staff did their best to fulfill even our smallest of requests or find someone who could help us. You can tell that helping the customer is a big part of their company culture. The eatery next door had a nice food selection and friendly staff as well. Our flight was cancelled and we had no problem staying an extra day. We would highly recommend ibis Gonesse.

Location is well situated near the Bourget airport but not too close either. Noise level is very low. My room was accross from the main road and I could barely hear the cars or the planes flying nearby.

Clean, free parking, easy access from highway, has a big shopping mall close by, has nice steakhouse restaurant.

Clean with all the facilities you would expect from a budget hotel, three's also a good restraint next door.

It was 40 degree in Paris, and the AC in the room worked really well. We spent 5 nights in this hotel, the staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionists, they spoke english well.

The staff was really nice. The room was super clean! The bed was very comfortable. We had new towels every morning. Nice restaurant next to it. I definitely recommend this hotel.
